The Gym

     Our custom built Mobile Gym was designed as a high end fitness studio on wheels.  With over 175 sft of space inside our studio is packed with all the weight you need to see progress and results.  From a squat rack and pulley system, to dumbbells, kettlebells and everything in between, you will never run out of options for your workouts.

Our studio is fully air conditioned and heated with an air purification system.  We also have plenty of windows for fresh air and sunlight help make you feel comfortable inside.


The Coaching

     Our approach is simple.  Intake, Evaluate, Plan and Attack.  By using this approach we get to find out who you are, what your goals are and how we approach them.  Each and every client is different and we understand that.  If you have a bothersome back, shoulder, knee, etc. we can develop a program specifically tailored to who you are.  Either if it's for general weight loss or building muscle mass, golf fitness, mobility training or anything else, we can provide the program you need to succeed.


     Before we begin, a biomechanic assessment is a crucial step in beginning your fitness journey.  Every body is different and everybody requires different programing for their body type. Through a series of movements we are able to begin drawing a blueprint on how your body


works.  We are able to pin point the areas of your body we should be stretching, mobilizing and strengthening.  Without this step we will just be guessing what you should be doing.  

     Our next step is the coaching.  We take those findings and take a course of action that works best for "YOU".  We find smart, effective ways to help develop you, not just as an athlete, but as a human.  Our moto is "you're only as strong as your weakest link" .  Think as if we are building a house, you wouldn't build a house on mud would you?   We need to set a strong foundation so we can develop a solid structure on top of it.  Through series of specific exercise we can achieve this periodically through effective program design. 

    No matter what your goal is, we take the smartest approach possible to help educate, motivate and empower you in and out of the gym.  This is not your ordinary training!!!


The App

The Local Fitness Corp. app was designed to take the guess work out for you.  We realize that just one hour in the gym is just a small piece of the puzzle.   Your fitness journey is a fully immersed experience that begins in the gym and continues at home.

The Tech

Myzone is an innovative wearable heart rate based system that uses wireless and cloud technology to accurately and conveniently monitor physical activity. Myzone delivers a fully connected solution for anyone who wants an accurate (equiv. to an EKG at 99.4%), gamified and motivating wearable experience. Myzone monitors heart rate, calories and time exercising that convert into Myzone Effort Points (MEPs), with a focus on rewarding effort rather than fitness.

Myzone works on five color zones. Each of these zones represent a percentage of your maximum heart rate (MHR). This MHR is calculated specifically to you when you start training with Myzone. When you are observed maintaining a higher heart rate than your current max heart rate, the system will update your max heart rate automatically. You will receive a notification from Myzone when this happens. This continually ensures that Myzone is set to you specifically.


MyFitnessPal is an amazing app that makes sure you can log your meals as quickly and easily as possible.  We provide you with the tools you need to successfully take weight off - and keep it off.  The easier logging food is, the more likely you are to stay on track, and the more likely you are to succeed in your weight loss goals.

Study after study has confirmed the benefits of keeping track of the food you eat and the activity you do. It's simple - the more consistently you track your food intake, the more likely you are to lose weight. That's why every successful weight management program suggests that you keep a food diary and/or an activity log. But recording everything you eat without the right tools can be tedious at best, or simply impossible at worst.

InBody is a quick and easy whole body assessment.  This smart scale utilizes BIA (bioelectrical impedance analysis) technology to measure Body Composition and help you achieve your health and fitness goals.  Simply enter your height using the dial on the scale and receive your weight, body fat percentage, and skeletal muscle mass in a matter of seconds. The handle bar electrodes allow us to measure the full body giving you more accurate AND CONSISTENT results while most body fat scales can only measure half of the body and must estimate for the rest.  Pair your H20N to your phone via Bluetooth and start testing in a few minutes.   Results automatically sync so you can track your progress, set goals, and compare your progress with friends.
